Social DOers’ Vice-president fellow of the Community Solutions Program, U.S. Department of State

We proudly announce you that starting today (11th of August 2015), our colleague Corina PIRVULESCU, Vice-president and Co-founder of Social DOers has started a 4 months fellowship within the Community Solutions Program – United States of America.

From more than 1500 applications over the world 55 young professionals, from 30 countries have been selected to take part in the Community Solutions Program, a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, implemented by IREX.

The Fellowship is a professional development program for the best and brightest global community leaders working in Transparency & Accountability, Tolerance, Conflict Resolution, Environmental Issues, and Women’s Issues. Social DOers’ Vice-president and Co-founder will pursue a fellowship focused on civic & political youth participation – one of the core fields of our organization.

During the next 4 months, Corina will be engaged in activities implemented in Washington DC and Chicago, most of her time being dedicated to working together with the Chicago Votes organization.
